Abstract :
ESD radiated fields are measured using an ldquoEMI power meterrdquo developed by author. This instrument measures power (max -10 dbm) and frequency band-width (max 500 MHz) of a single shot impulsive noise, such as an ESD. One of the measurement results shows that metal-metal ESD has a powerful EMI effect to high-speed digital electronics.
