  • Abstract
According to mathematical analysis, the primary components analysis (PCA) is used to analyze the effect of influential factors and characteristics on e-commerce development. On the basis of PCA model and the scores by the experts, some results are computed. From case study, it can be seen that some factors and characteristics play very important role in influencing e-commerce development and all the factors and characteristics should be taken into account because the effect depends on the whole interaction. Through analysis and discussion, it is concluded that, under the premise of minimizing the information loss of data, the application of PCA in analyzing effect on e-commerce development approved to be practicable.
