Abstract :
The recycle point (recycle bin, recycle center) location problem is one of the most important decision-making in the logistics management. In this paper, we analyses the characteristics and the influencing factors of the recycle point location problem, considering more variables: initial collection cost, revenue of sell two-hand products selling, revenue of reclaimed products selling, then proposes a three-level reverse logistics network design optimization model that can connect the customs, recycle point and manufacturers. This paper we put forward an Improved niche particle swarm optimization and a new coding method to search the feasible network and use the Vogel to determine the volume of transport. Ultimately, the case study indicates that particle swarm optimization is a valid approach to resolve this kind of problems.
