  • Abstract
Along with the development of computer technology, software systems have been applied in machine manufacturing widely. Wire-electrode cutting numerical control system is an important branch of them. Nowadays, the lower development efficiency has become the obstacle to progress. Obviously, machining control is the main task of wire-electrode cutting numerical control system. It has its own especial machining characteristics compared with other numerical control systems. In this paper, author put forward applying software reuse technology and domain engineering theory to establishing the reusable model of machining control. The model can offer valid instruction for the development of machining control system. To begin with, the development efficiency can be enhanced markedly. Moreover, the architecture, technology documents and software components can be reused in the same domain next time. In the end, machining control task can be accomplished well in terms of the model.
