Research on general evaluation of regional rural infrastructure supply capacity in China

Regional supply capacity of rural infrastructure is an important impact of agricultural development level, it related to the level of agricultural development, rural development and farmers´ income improving. This paper builds a model of regional rural infrastructure supply level indicator system of China´s 31 provinces (region), use of factor analysis on China´s regional rural infrastructure supply level then make a comprehensive evaluation about it. On the basis of factor analysis, this paper extracts two main influencing factors: the rural productive supply capacity of infrastructure and rural social infrastructure capacity of infrastructure, then this paper compares the supply capacity of various rural areas, reaches the general ranking of rural infrastructure supply capacity. Thus this paper suggests that the central government and local government should play their important roles, making policy guide and playing the main body´s role of infrastructure construction, then we can narrow inter-regional differences supply capacity of rural infrastructure and protect the effective supply of rural infrastructure.
