Abstract :
Construction of public service type government is the direction of Chinese administrative system, however, nowadays, there still exist numerous difficulties therein. This Article analyzed herein the dilemma of service-type government construction from the awareness of service-type government, governmental function contradiction, government´s functional interests, e-government construction and legal system safeguard etc.
