Abstract :
For better known about noncontacting mechanical seal working state, a method based on fuzzy recognition was brought out. After discussing the necessity and feasibility of the method, approach a comprehensive analysis on state recognition. The research mainly takes leakage, temperature and clearance of the sealing face and other ratios as parameters, finally achieved a reasonable description of the sealing state and was characterized by: (1) comprehensive evaluation of the sealing state using many parameters; (2) reasonable prediction to the possible change trend of the seals working state; (3) an accurate description of the working state; (4) division of the state to be improved.
