Abstract :
With the rising of research on human resources management in Western countries, China is also faced with the mission of strengthening the research in this area. By literature and logic analysis, this paper reviews and analyses the themes, the hot spots and the trends of the research in the field of HRM in sports organizations. The study points out that China needs to take out some actions to develop the discipline through clarifying the objectives, expanding research areas, deepening study contents, improving research methods, establishing a system of academic methodology, carrying out local researches and building a human resource management model adaptable to Chinese sports organizations.
