  • Abstract
    An implementation scheme of low-power and high slewing rate follower for CSTN-LCD system is presented in this paper. Auxiliary charging and discharging modules are adopted in order to meet the low-power and high slewing rate demands simultaneously. Cascade frequency compensation is used to obtain better frequency response properties and improve the Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of the circuit. Floating current source is utilized to make the circuit structure more compact. Simulation analysis and tape-out verification indicate the follower meets the CSTN-LCD performance requirements of low-power and high slewing rate.
