Studies on trump plan´s application in Chinese local university teaching

Nowadays, many problems exit in higher education teaching activities, such as improper organization form of traditional teaching, insufficient deep communication among students, less collaborative spirit from students, lack of training and practice for young teachers, more and more recessive skip-classes, decreasing ratio between teacher and students and so on. Experiments and practices show that Trump Plan has obviously advantage on solving those problems in many aspects including improving the function of teacher on guiding and coaching, motivating students´ initiative, strengthening the effects of communication between teachers and students, utilizing efficiently excellent teaching resources, improving teaching quality. Consequently, it is necessary and significant to research and develop the application of Trump Plan teaching form on higher education teaching reform.
