Abstract :
Change is an eternal theme for enterprises, especially in complicated and dynamic environment. This article summarizes main sources of resistance to change, based on the previous studies, considering the reasons of resistance are basically the issue of human motivation. Then it explores the ways of decreasing the resistance to change based on the expectations theory.
