Abstract :
This paper first analyses the proportional-fair scheduler for packet business. Then the improved proportional-fair scheduler for HSDPA is put forward, with the business priority, data volume cache, the ratio of real-time rate and average rate using as the basis to amend the packet scheduling rate. The improved scheduler can handle the packet scheduling for multi-users within the same period, so as to achieve the multi-user transmission at the same time. This method has considered the system performance indicators such as the business priority, packet data storage volume and improved the capacity of HSDPA business scheduling better.
