Abstract
Employment competition is becoming increasingly fierce nowadays, so it is essential that the individual human capital relative value of college graduates be evaluated which provides some reference for the divergent selection between graduates and enterprises. This paper designs the corresponding evaluation index system on the basis of theoretical analysis, and then the fuzzy comprehensive is applied to establish the evaluation model. Finally, the result of the individual human capital relative value is offered. Thus, this paper creatively establishes an effective evaluation index system combining human capital connotation with talent employment requirements. The related research can also be inspired.
