Abstract
This document presents the new curriculum of the electronics degree program of Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences. The new curriculum was launched in 2008 and so far it has been found very feasible. The curriculum is based on modular approach with a strong emphasis of course integration towards the common electronics learning objectives. Some alterations to this curriculum structure will take place in 2010 when the yearly student intake will increase from 40 to 60 and a parallel identical program in English will be started. The curriculum of the new parallel program will follow the same pedagogical principles presented in this paper.
