Abstract :
This paper presents the modelling of an UWB emission system in integrated technology with an external optical command. Thanks to photoconductivity, an ultrafast electric pulse is optically generated and emitted by integrated devices realized in microstrip and coplanar technology. The aim of this work is to achieve an integrated UWB system on the same substrate which enables photogeneration and emission of UWB signals.
