Abstract :
On basis of MMIC´s the highly stable noise signal source is developed for autocollimation adjustment of RATAN-600 radio telescope. In operating frequency band (31.3...37.3) GHz total noise signal power is 1.8 mW. Spectral noise density is 0.3 mW/GHz.
