Abstract :
Computer simulation and experimental investigation of frequency dependences of transmission coefficient and radiant reflectance of microstrip photonic crystals have been performed in the frequency band from 0 till 20 GHz. The measuring method of parameters of liquids has been implemented. Values of complex permittivity for several liquids have been obtained.
