Abstract :
The results of an experimental study of microwave chaos generator based on a virtual cathode with an electronic feedback are presented. It was experimentally determined that microwave generator of noise-like oscillations in the electronic feedback had had an ultra-band generation. The statistical properties of generated signals are shown. The promising areas of application of considered ultrabroadband microwave sources are introduced.
