Abstract :
The algorithm is developed, the program of modeling of electron transporting using a method of Monte-Carlo is developed for a case of their birth as solid bodies. Power spectra of the escaped particles are constructed. The method of Monte-Carlo in two variants was used: with application of approach of continuous delay and with modeling of not elastic collisions. It is shown that though the dispersion of passage at use of different approaches is rather considerable, it influences probability of an exit of electrons from a target insignificantly, but essentially changes a high-energy part of a power spectrum of escaped electrons.
