  • Abstract
    Methods of engineering of devices of a millimeter-wave on aluminium substrates with a dielectric layer on the basis of nanoporous oxide of aluminium received by electrochemical oxidation are developed. With the use of various software packages low-noise amplifiers of a millimeter-wave are developed. Amplitude-frequency and noise characteristics of developed devices are investigated.
