Abstract
The boundary problem of interaction of the monochromatic electromagnetic field which is an unspecified combination of E- and the H-polarized plane electromagnetic waves with a flat slab of a biisotropic material is solved. The method of determination of effective material parameters of the biisotropic composite materials is offered.
