Abstract
The results of designing of small-sized PBF on MSW in frequency band (0,8...3,0) GHz are presented. Characteristic curve of PBF parameters versus saturation magnetization of structures of yttrium iron garnet is analyzed. Two types of magnetic systems that provide tuning of amplitude-frequency characteristics of PBF in the operating band are developed. Merits of magnetic system with inductance coils and constant magnets in comparison with magnetic systems provided only with inductance coils are shown.
