Abstract :
There are given investigation results of scattering of electro-magnetic waves on square lattices of Dielectric Resonators (DR) with magnetic resonance H101. The criterions were quantified, running which the behavior of lattice had been defined with negative index of refraction. In the wave zone scattering, coefficients of scattering matrix, amplitudes of coupled and forced oscillations were counted.
