Abstract :
The RASTR system is considered. It has been designed by LtBeta TV comGt ltd. for the broadcast transmission of digital television over the-air using DVB-C standard in the range of (6,17...6,425) GHz. The system started operating in a testing mode of broadcasting in Kaliningrad region. Block diagrams of basic parts of the system and technical decisions used in the design of RASTR system are described in this article.
