Abstract :
Theory of an optimization of devices and schemes of telecommunication systems, applied in modern software is considered; an optimization of a transceiver by following criteria is obtained: the transmitter by the target values of a signal strengthening, a noise factor, and the receiver by the error vector magnitude (EVM).
