Abstract :
The library cell for CAD system Microwave Office, that allows carrying out the virtual measurements of the nonlinearity characteristic of the individual elements and networks, using baseband pulse and ultra-wideband test signals, is considered. The device measures both transfer characteristics and the reflectogram. The example of using of the virtual measuring device is considered. The results of virtual measurements are compared with experimental data which was obtained by the example of investigation of transmission line with linear and nonlinear discontinuities.
