Abstract
Results of design of the low-noise amplifiers (LNA) with protection of input stages operating over the bandwidth 3.0 to 7.0 GHz are presented. LNA are developed by NPP ldquoPlaneta-Argallrdquo. LNA can be used in entrance sections of communication equipment, radar stations, radars and radiation detectors.
