Abstract :
Results of a design and an experimental investigation of 4-8 GHz amplifier with output power upper 8 W at 1 dB gain compression are presented in this article. Results of modeling, experimental characteristics, and construction and scheme features of amplifier are obtained. Ultra-low gain ripple (1 dB) and high PAE (22...28%) are demonstrated.
