Abstract :
According to the technology process and operation requirement of hydrostatic sealing tester for tubing and casting pipe, the data acquisition and control model of "sensor+PLC+computer+configuration software" is put forward. Based on the MCGS (monitor and control generated system) 6.2 configuration software, the process monitor and control, the data communication system of the hydrostatic sealing tester for tubing and casting pipe are developed. The test results have proved that the configuration software can combine with PLC (programmable logic controller) to perform many functions such as automatic monitor, automatic or manual control respectively, displaying, recording and saving the test data and curve. The monitor and control system is running with perfect stability and reliability.
