Abstract :
Some research on standardization is performed to deal with the problems of inconvenient exchange of data and poor compatibility between apparel CAD systems. Analyzed the component parts of apparel pattern, it includes annotion information, grade rule, sample piece, and sample piece include sew line, cut line, grain line, notch, internal line, internal point, process mark, annotion text. Designed pattern XML document includes XML elements, structure trees, and schema structure. Pattern XML document annotion information corresponding element are version, author, create date, create time,style, units, number of size, sizelist, samplesize. Pattern XML document grade rule corresponding elements are rule and delta. Pattern XML document sample piece corresponding elements are piecenam, quantity, polyline, point. According structure tree, combining with XML schema syntax, the framework of XML can be created. According XML schema, pattern XML document can be created. A standard method based on the XML file of apparel CAD pattern is provided, it can fulfill the need of pattern data exchange.
