Abstract :
It is acknowledged that factors of environment, software and hardware, learners and teachers are the key elements to influence modern educational technology assisted foreign language teaching and learning. Educational technology may be the threshold of foreign language teaching reform. The survey and interviews were carried out in four universities in Hunan, which may present the current application of educational technologies to foreign language teaching and learning.
