  • Abstract
Since the ACMS does not only focus on working but also enhances workers´ skill using the Post-OJT system, we developed a New OJT in order to accomplish the practical Post-OJT system. The Post-OJT objects to enhance the workers´ skill succession thus, the development of scheduling system for allocation both of the right man on the right job and skill succession training time is required. In this paper, the advanced ACMS scheduling method consisting of the advanced skill based scheduling considering the working reserve time and the allocation of skill succession time, was developed and computed by hybrid genetic algorithms in order to solve complicated scheduling problems. The most suitable ACMS scheduling obtained the minimum value of make span and man-hour index; and skill succession training time certainly allocates during the working time for each engineer. Thus the implementation of the proposed ACMS scheduling method should provide higher efficiency of productivity and capability of cell manufacturing resources for the enterprises.
