EMC Personality Profile [Introducing Ashok Agrawal]

I???ve dedicated this Personality Profile to a member of the EMC Society who has contributed a piece of knowledge of large interest for other members. As part of the 50th Anniversary Celebration of the IEEE EMC Society in 2007, our History Committee undertook a review and comparison of papers published in the IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). As a result, the History Committee provided us with a list of the most referenced IEEE Transactions on EMC papers. The top paper was a surprise since it was written by a series of authors, A.K. Agrawal, H.J. Price, and S. H. Gurbaxani that were not well known in our Society. I would like to change this situation by introducing you to Ashok Agrawal, the lead author of the most referenced IEEE Transactions on EMC paper published from 1957 to 2007.
