  • Abstract
    DC and microwave measurements have been performed on a one-atom-thick graphene flake positioned over a coplanar waveguide. The DC experiments revealed unexpected oscillations in the current-voltage characteristics, due to the chiral transport of charge carriers, while microwave measurements show that the impedance of graphene can be tuned by a gate voltage and can reach the 50 Omega value, necessary for impedance matching with other structures.
