Abstract :
A technique to RF instantaneous frequency measurement is proposed and experimentally demonstrate. The architecture presented is based on single sideband modulation with suppressed carrier (SSB-SC) and the change in the Stokes parameters at the output of a birefringent medium. Preliminary results show errors below 50 MHz in the 57% of measurement carried out.
