  • Abstract
    Tunable dual-frequency oscillation is demonstrated in a VECSEL using spatial separation of the two orthogonally polarized eigenstates. The VECSEL class-A dynamics enables to get rid of electrical phase noise in excess at relaxation oscillation frequency.
