Abstract :
OSNR monitoring technique from 10-Gb/s NRZ-OOK and DPSK signal using a cascaded long-period fiber grating with a tunable phase shifter demonstrated. The monitoring error is within 0.5 ps, and this scheme is not affected by the PMD.
