Geoff Morris OBE biography

Geoff Morris is the Regional Vice President UK & Ireland for Medtronic Limited. Geoff has worked in the healthcare industry for over 27 years. He has a BSc in Applied Biology and has published research on blood-clotting factors. He has held the senior leadership position for Medtronic UK and Ireland since 1996 - first as General Manager, then as Regional Vice President. Geoff has also served as Chairman of the Association of British Healthcare Industries (ABHI), the UK´s medical technology industry trade association from 2003 – 2006. In this capacity he was instrumental in advancing the aims of the Healthcare Industry Task Force (HITF), a joint initiative with Government. In 2007, Geoff was awarded an OBE in the Queen´s Birthday Honors list for his services to the medical devices industry.
