Abstract
Tom has been maintenance manager at St James Gate Brewery for approximately 10 years. Prior to becoming Maintenance Manager, Tom worked as Utilities Engineer for 9 years and Fermentation Plant Engineer for 4 years. An Ex Marine Engineer, Tom obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering and also completed the IOB AME Brewing exams. Utilities and Facilities operations are outsourced at St. James Gate. In addition to leading the implementation of the maintenance strategy, Tom provides a technical link between Core Brewery operations and these outsourced operations.
