Abstract :
Due to the advantages like hand calculation, low level of precision and time consuming of traditional flatness measurement methods, this paper presents a new automated flatness test system consisting of mechanical, transmitting, sensing and control parts. Instead of general single-point testing, this system utilizes sensor array to improve the test response, and for ease of use and augmentability, the system software is developed based on .NET to be more compatible. Evaluation experiment by oil cooler is carried out, and the results show that the system has achieved high level of precision and quick measuring speed.
