  • Abstract
    This paper mainly introduces a new, highly efficient, high-precision automatic completely the threading machine that control system utilized S7-200 PLC to compile control program of the threading machine and used MCGS configuration software to tailor parameters monitoring interface of the threading machine. This monitoring interface is tailored in order to monitor the actual operation of PLC control system. In the PLC control system, we add the fuzzy controller that used a new fuzzy algorithm to come true its function. In order to improving A / D conversion accuracy, there have been taken on the corresponding anti-jamming measures at the hardware and software. Practice has proved that the control system implement efficient operation and high-precision control of the threading machine.
