Abstract :
The new concept of universal perturbation signal, universal energy signal were proposed in this paper. The diagnosis computing scheme of universal energy signal were researched by using wave-packet and analytic signal. Based on the continuous rainstorm event in Southern China, 5~6, 2008 as a typical case of universal perturbation signal, the characteristic of universal energy signal propagation and accumulation were analyzed. The results show that the heavy rainfall processes were related to perturbation energy strengthening. When perturbation energy were released the heavy rainfall occurred; the heavy rainfall area was basically correspond with high value area of perturbation energy, propagation and accumulation of perturbation energy signal were reflected its origin, break and disappear. Due to the conveniently and popularly of universal perturbation signal extraction, its diagnosis could be used in very extensive field, such as natural , social, economic, culture, etc. The diagnosis of universal energy signal not only had theory meanings but also had certain prediction meanings.
