Abstract
Knowledge spillover has significant influence on the stability of the knowledge chain´s inter-organizational cooperation. Without considering spillover, the knowledge chain´s stable operation is not correlated with its members´ knowledge investment. Considering spillover, the effort of knowledge chain members depends on their partner´s effort, and the knowledge chain´s operation is unstable. Our research indicates that the effort of knowledge chain members has a positive correlation with their absorption capacity and knowledge disclosure willingness, i. e. the more benefit the knowledge chain members take from knowledge spillover, the more stably the knowledge chain will operate.
