Abstract
The radiated signal of underwater target is time varying for its motion. While the traditional localization methods are based on the precondition of stationary signal. According to the empirical mode decomposition method , the localization and tracking of time varying signal target can be improved. Some desired results are obtained in the sea trial ,with the combined and optimized of EMD with general passive target localization method.
