Abstract :
Studying and promoting the fuzzy decision-making and evaluation of improvement for residential area environmental quality (RAEQ) is very important in today´s China. This paper introduced four parts research works. First, the concept of RAEQ is expressed, the fuzziness characteristics and applicability of improvement project of RAEQ is discussed, and the process of fuzzy decision-making and evaluation of RAEQ is introduced. Second, the index and standards of fuzzy evaluation of RAEQ is set up, the relationship of environmental quality decline and grade standard of control is studied. Third, the fuzzy decision-making and evaluation model for RAEQ improvement project is established, the six evaluation steps are set up. Fourth, the case study of RAEQ improvement project is made based on the model of fuzzy decision-making and evaluation, and the related decision-making strategies are put forward.
