Abstract :
Celerity railway engineering building is a synthesized and complicated big production activity, which needs bulkiness and high content technology. Quality management actuality was analyzed such as the original and behind hand management method cannot realize the real dynamic quality management. Then the system design was given, which used the B/S structure, dynamic quality management and network system structure. Meanwhile, railway quality management system was developed, which has construction log management subsystems. Finally, information technology was given. The practicability, validity and economy of the system were proved through the application in a celerity railway company.
