Abstract :
Unilateral and theoretical knowledge management (KM) have appeared in research of current KM field. By comparison I have proposed enterprise KM practice based on organizational learning, including the five components: clarify KM strategic objective, competency model-based knowledge acquisition, Web2.0-based knowledge communication and sharing, organizational memory-based knowledge accumulation and deposition, and knowledge application-based knowledge innovation.
