Abstract :
The structure and mechanism of identification system for image defects based on grating technology is introduced and some crucial technologies in the system are discussed. This paper then proposes some new threads on how to satisfy the real time requirement of the system. The detection experiment manifests that these methods are useful and can satisfy the demands of system design.
