The Recognition Research of the Personal Name Abbreviations Based on the SGU Frame of the HNC Theory

As an expression method of proper noun, the personal name abbreviation is used massively in Chinese. The personal name abbreviation usually does not enter the word storehouse, and it is difficult to be recognized in natural language processing and often is analyzed for certain individual characters by mistake. The article is instructed by the SGU frame in concept element symbolism, and elaborates how to use SGU frame to solve the problem of personal name abbreviation in sentence group, and enhances the accurate rate of the sentence group processing. Finally, through the detailed demonstration, the method is proved is feasible.
