Abstract :
With the development of society, the impact of lifestyle on health playing an increasingly important role. This research is dedicated to conclude a comprehensive assessment of condition of constitution of 3786 heads of government organizations and enterprises in Hubei province by means of implementation of constitution tests. Moreover, it investigates their lifestyles like smoking habit, sleep hours and quality as well as exercise among others, on the basis of which we try to have an insight of relationship between them. The aim of this research is to provide some effective measures by which government organizations and enterprises could better their heads´ constitution condition and to offer a scientific guide to instruct them to exercise and improve their lifestyle. This research finally indicates that the constitution condition of 3786 heads of government organization and enterprises in Hubei province is obviously associated with their lifestyles like smoking habit, sleep hours and quality, daily walking hours, the frequency of exercise. General assessing result of constitution condition, BMI, WHR are closely associated with lifestyles.
